El Corsario
It is located in a 10th century building, frequented by pirates and corsairs,
and later became the meeting point for the bohemian chic scene that made Ibiza what it is today.
Its walls hide incredible stories and anecdotes featuring important figures
such as Grace Kelly, Rainier of Monaco, Salvador Dalí, Ursula Andress, or the members of Pink Floyd.
Behind the avant-garde concept of our gastronomic proposal is our executive chef José Miguel Bonet,
who, in collaboration with our head chef Íñigo Rodríguez, will delight our diners with unique flavors with which to enjoy the most authentic and exclusive Ibiza.
